Shipping Policy

When you place an order with us, a member of our small, expert staff is immediately notified to begin processing your order. All products are carefully examined for damage, then carefully bubble-wrapped and boxed. Within 24 hours, a nice plain brown box will be with FedEx, on its way to you. 

Shipping method used will vary with the weight of your order, but generally will be standard FedEx ground delivery for most packages, and should take 3-5 business days to arrive. All shipping is free for domestic purchases with a total over $25, and a flat $5 charge for domestic orders below $25. For international orders, please bear with us as shipping costs and times will be dependent on location and must be calculated. Some of our products are available for delivery only in MA.

We reserve the right to cancel and/or refund your order if we find your shipping address to be invalid or unavailable for the products ordered; or in the case of an order in violation of other company policies, listed in our terms and conditions.
